invest in your basics to strengthen your work.

Do good work ... but could use a tune-up? Just as strong roots prompt strong plants, powering-up infrastructure means greater capacity for marketing, fundraising, outcome measurement and less staff burnout. Improving small not-for-profits and socially conscious businesses at an affordable rate is my business. Do good work. Better.

consulting work

With a background in nonprofit management and computer science, I help organizations with web & print design, database design, tech support & planning, tracking & evaluation and grassroots fundraising.

pricing

Trying to make a clear decision about affordability? In todays world of "call to find out pricing," I empathize. My affordable base pricing is on a sliding scale based on organization intent, structure and size.

coaching work

Projects, tasks, phone calls and appointments running wild? Let's custom design an organization system that earns you a reputation for being the most reliable one in the room in getting things done.

social justice affinity statement

Recognizing disparate access to technology and funding, I operate on a sliding scale. Groups unable to pay are welcome to contact and share details. While perfection isn’t a sustainable goal, this consulting practice aims to support the environment and its computer use (web hosting, etc.) is offset by carbon credits. To that end, organizations that make changes toward being greener while in relationship with me will nab a discount. While I've posted my traditional resume, I do not presuppose that a certain kind of "book learning" amounts to having all the answers or more answers by those with experience without mainstream credentials; I expect to make support organizational work in relationship with that organization. I do not discriminate against (but instead celebrate and hope to learn from) organizations that are multi-racial, anti-racist, radically environmental, LGBTQ, youth-led, undocumented immigrant focused or supporting any other marginalized group. Lastly, just stating these principles doesn't mean I'm perfect at acting on them; I consider myself still an actively learning ally and always try to value feedback.
